The Roadrunner Family:

Our family (which includes our employees) is busy making Texas a better place to live. We are involved in local youth athletics, civic, and community organizations. We pay taxes and belong to the Chamber of Commerce and the Better Business Bureau. We attend local churches and participate in local and even international mission trips and projects. We give to local charities and promote our local school clubs and organizations!

In short, we are Texans from Houston and the Dallas/Fort Worth Area! We enjoy raising our children and grandchildren here. We work here and we play here. We love our hometown.

Machelle – Machelle earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from The University of Texas at San Antonio. She worked for The Gillette Company for most of her professional career until she got into the garage door business. She and Troy started Roadrunner Garage Doors after buying TIV Garage Doors, which had been in business since 2008. Machelle is the Mother of twins plus a younger sibling. In her free time, she enjoys scrapbooking and watching her kids play sports.

Troy – Troy earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University at College Station. He has worked in increasing levels of responsibility in the refining and petrochemical industry for Spirax Sarco, HydroChem Industrial Services and Applied Industrial Technologies over the past 20 years. Troy is an accomplished poker player and enjoys golf, hunting, and coaching youth baseball for his son’s teams. Troy’s focus at Roadrunner Garage Doors is on commercial sales.

Rafael – Has more than 6 years’ experience in the garage door industry.

Art – Has more than 17 years’ experience in the garage door industry.

Bobby – Has more than 20 years’ experience in the garage door industry.

Jesus - Has more than 10 years’ experience in the garage door industry.

Steve - Has more than 14 years’ experience in the garage door industry.

Jay - Has more than 8 years’ experience in the garage door industry.

Albert - Has more than 5 years’ experience in the garage door industry.

Gerardo - Has more than 15 years’ experience in the garage door industry.

Hector - Has more than 10 years’ experience in the garage door industry.
